Terms & Conditions
- General
1.1. These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in BenevoBid auctions.
1.2. By participating in our auctions, you agree to these terms. - Item Authenticity
2.1. All items auctioned by BenevoBid are verified as authentic to the best of our knowledge.
2.2. Item descriptions are accurate and include all available details. - Proceeds Allocation
3.1. A majority of the proceeds from each auction will be donated to the featured charity.
3.2. BenevoBid deducts reasonable expenses from the total proceeds, with 90% of the net proceeds donated to the charity and the remainder retained to cover operational and business development costs.
3.3. Donations may be grouped from multiple auctions and made periodically. - Bidding Process
4.1. All bids must be placed through BenevoBid’s official platform.
4.2. Bids are final and cannot be withdrawn once submitted.
4.3. The highest bid at the close of the auction will be deemed the winning bid. - Payments
5.1. The winning bidder will receive an invoice with payment instructions.
5.2. Payment must be completed within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the winning bid. - Item Delivery
6.1. Winning bidders must provide accurate delivery information.
6.2. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be added to the final invoice and detailed during the payment process.
6.3. BenevoBid is not responsible for delays caused by delivery services. - Refunds and Returns
7.1. All sales are final; items cannot be returned or exchanged.
7.2. If there is a dispute regarding item authenticity, the buyer must contact BenevoBid within 20 days from the receipt of the item. Disputes reported after this period will not be considered. - Transparency and Accountability
8.1. BenevoBid will provide periodic updates on the total funds raised and donations made to featured charities.
8.2. Donation receipts will be available upon request. - Changes to Terms
9.1. BenevoBid reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
9.2. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website. - Contact Information
